The company faced a steep decline in sales over the past few years, combined with internal litigation among stockholders. The internal conflict among stockholders had limited the company’s ability to pursue strategic goals, further complicating matters, and leading them to seek a sale of the business.

Shortly after Equity Partners’ retention, we generated two going concern offers. This led to a highly competitive auction and the business was sold to a strategic buyer, who continued operations without any interruption.
